The joint admission matriculation board earlier this week through their Twitter handle announce that over 94 candidate and institution where involves in abnormality/ irregularized actions related to jamb activities. It was stated in this post that all candidate involved are expected to face a 9-month panel which will be set for by day body in order to investigate which is yet to be confirmed.
Jamb in this post also make it known that suspected 2026 jamb candidate who are part of this irregularity and the direct entry candidates who we are part of the irregularity where they are provided documents you have having contradicting information as related to jamb policy which has to do with the irregularized actions which they were involved in.
The agreed and stipulated time for the meeting is Wednesday 18th of march 2026. The involved candidate and institutions are expected to appear before the panel in jamb office located at Abuja Nigeria.
Jamb has also made it clear that any candidate or institution who fails to attend the meeting will be considered guilty and will face the repercussions of their actions without any contradiction.
The above post also 6 as an eye opener to the 2026 jamb candidates that jamb and no longer smiling with anything that has to do it irregularities or any form of misappropriation in information or documents that is being provided at the point of registration, according to jamb most of these suspect have irregularities of trying to be involved in a form of malpractice during the 2026 jamb examination which with the tactical and critical observant of the ICT unit of jamb where able to apprehend this actions before it is being taken. When we wait for the outcome of the nine panel meeting which will be holding tomorrow by 10:00 a.m. it is advisable that all jamb candidates stay calm and vigilant and also make sure they are doing the right thing in order not to fall victim of any form of mischief or misconduct.
